Our team of project managers are headed by Iain Bland who is a fully qualified PRINCE2 practitioner with over 10 years experience of managing large infrastructure and IT projects both in the UK and Europe.
The PRINCE2 method is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scalable project management methodology for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.
We are able to offer full project management facilities from the first idea to the implementation of the project and through to completion.
This includes initial surveys, planning applications, CAD drawings, pricing, health and safety under CDM regulations and overseeing other contractors.
