
An award-winning marketing and public relations consultancy working with clients across the UK and Europe commissioned PDS to install and configure a 30 user IP PBX telephone system. When Yorkshire-based TAS Communications relocated to new state-of-the-art headquarters, required an advanced telecommunications solution that would cope with the communication needs of increased levels of staff.
PDS assessed TAS Communications’ requirement for a flexible, cost-effective business communications system and technology that would help improve business processes.
The new system incorporated IP PBX, PBX Management Software/Application, 30 IP Telephones, a switchboard / receptionist IP telephone, a fax machine and a Conference Call IP telephone.
TAS Communications’ director Matt Stephenson was delighted with the painless transition from an outdated system to the new solution. Mr Stephenson explained: “The new system allows our customers to get through to us much quicker and get directly to the person they are after with direct dial numbers (DDIs). It also allows internal and external conference calling and voicemail facilities.
“PDS made all technical arrangements with Kingston Communications planned and implemented the installation and were on hand on go ‘live’ day and provided excellent after sales support.”
