Internal Sales Executive
An exciting permanent job is now available for an Internal Sales Executive to be based at our offices in Hull.
Paragon Data Services is a well established, successful, Hull-based B2B technology company which is looking to expand its internal sales team.
Working within a small team you will be given a set of customer accounts to maintain by offering excellent customer services and building upon already existing customer relationships.
As an Internal Sales Executive you will work alongside an external sales team to identify, qualify and confirm appointments within both the SME and corporate sectors. Appointments will be generated through a blend of new business development, networking and strategic account management. Internal Sales Executives will accompany their field colleagues on occasional client facing appointments making this an excellent opportunity to break into sales with an organisation that will train, guide and deliver an exciting career to those who desire to achieve.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets along with having a strong background in forming relationships with individuals at all levels.
Experience working within IT / Telecoms is essential for this role.
Further duties will include:
- To work with allocated targeted opportunities to achieve and exceed agreed key performance targets, achieving this primarily via the telephone, but may involve face-to-face customer contact.
- To work both independently and with the management team to devise and implement comprehensive account strategies for each customer.
- To ensure that new customer accounts are opened and sales appointments are set for the directors of the business.
- To formally review progress against targets and business objectives with the Commercial Manager on a monthly basis.
- To ensure comprehensive, up-to-date customer account records are maintained on the internal CRM system.
